I've been wanting to take T to the Bellevue Children's Museum all summer and since our time is quickly running out, I thought we'd better go today! It was so fun! I'm glad we went.
After we were done playing we couldn't pass up the Jamba Juice that was right next door! Yummmmm.
I also have to share these last two, because they're so cute.
After I had just gotten T ready for bed, new diaper and jammies on, he grabbed his baby and started changing her diaper. (I got him a baby to get ready for baby sister...) When he took her diaper off he goes, "yuck.." ha, and grabbed a wipe and wiped her, then put her diaper back on (with some help) and goes, "all clean." Ha. So funny. He's going to be a good big brother :)

Sam's uncle Steve's brother and wife live just about 20 minutes away from us here in Washington, and last night they invited us over for dinner. Steve was in town visiting them, and it was so fun to see him and meet his brother's family. We didn't leave their house until about 8:45pm, T hasn't stayed up that late in....well probably forever. ha. He did so well though and you'd never even know he was tired at their house. But he fell asleep about 30 seconds into the car ride home. haha.
When we got home he didn't even wake up when I put him in a new diaper and changed him into his jammies. ha.
Thanks for the fun night Connie, Dale and Steve!!

T has a new favorite toy. He loves this little blue truck so much! He's been taking it everywhere with him.
He took it to church yesterday...
on our walk this morning...
and swimming with him today...
Funny thing is that it's not even new! We got it a while ago, but he's suddenly attached to it. ha. Funny kid.

Today we went with Sam's parents on the ferry from Seattle over to Bainbridge Island. It was such a beautiful day, and we had so much fun!
Over at Bainbridge Island, we went to the Farmers Market where we got some breakfast and T got a cool balloon shaped like a dinosaur. We also walked around the town, and had fun looking in the cute shops.

Twice a month at the Kirkland movie theater, they have Babies Day at the Movies. It's great! It's perfect for toddlers, because everyone in the theater has kids with them. So if your kid wants to get on and off their chair the whole movie (like T) or run up and down the aisle (like T) people don't get mad because they're trying to keep their own kid entertained. Anyway, we went to Babies Day at the Movies today and it was so fun. We saw Despicable Me and had a great time.
(T loved the popcorn..and did pretty well watching the movie too. He ended up watching most of it)

Today we went to Pikes Place Market. I wish I would've taken more pictures, but I was distracted by trying to push a stroller around the crowd! I guess we weren't the only ones who wanted to go down there today...it was so busy! But we had a great time. We got some delicious lunch and had fun looking at everything going on.
I was so proud of T, he did so well sitting in the stroller while we were at the market. I wanted to let him run around at the playground after we left the market. So we headed back to Kirkland and showed Sam's parents our favorite park before we picked Sam up from work.
Sam and his Dad went down to the Seattle Mariners game tonight. Since the boys were going to be gone Sam's mom and I recorded a bunch of TLC and HGTV shows for our girls night, but when we put T to sleep we decided we were so tired from our busy day that we'd better go to sleep too. Ha. Goodnight!!

We're having so much fun with Sam's parents in town! This morning we went on a walk, and then we met Sam for Lunch and after lunch we went swimming!
Tonight, they're staying home with T while Sam and I go out! I'm so excited, we haven't been out since my parents were in town. Yay for for parents being in town! Thanks for the fun day Robyn and Gene! We're so happy you're here!!

Little genius boy.
mom-this is another movie :) click the play button...
I didn't even teach him these letters, I thought he was too young for letters! We have a ABC signing time movie and he must've just leaned them from the movie. A few days ago, he went up to this sign at the park and starting pointing to all these letters, I was totally shocked. Ha! He got me way excited about starting to teach him letters though.
Our condo complex has a great playground just right outside our front door. It's so nice! We go there all the time when we don't feel like getting in the car to go to the playground.

Today we picked Sam up from work and went down to Bite of Seattle. It was like a big carnival, with rides and millions of food vendors from various Seattle restaurants and a great live band. We had so much fun!
My little boy looked so big, riding the rides!
There were only 2 rides that Sam could ride with T, adults weren't allowed on the rest of the kid rides, and since I wouldn't even think of sending T off on a ride by himself yet, they rode the 2 that Sam could ride. The 1st ride was great.
The 2nd one, totally different story. We hadn't seen it run until the boys were on it and it totally took off!! T was crying by the second time around the track and when they got off Sam said he thought he (himself) was going to die. HA. I was so sad for T, and I was dying that I couldn't get him off right when I saw he wasn't having fun but I'm still laughing at Sam after. oh my heck, so funny. Sam thought the ride was going to be like "puff the magic dragon and it was really the wild mouse." (his words) Sam isn't a roller coaster guy, and he was terrified. He said he was holding on to T so tight trying to save both their lives. HAHA Sam is so funny!
I think we ruined roller coasters for T for life. Poor kid. He had no interest in any of the rides (including the 1st one that he loved) the rest of the night after that. :(
Totally clueless about what was about to go down...

Life was good again after a little music and popcorn, 2 of T's most favorite things :)

On mornings that it doesn't rain, we drop Sam off at work and go on a walk. There's a great walking path that goes right along the beaches of Lake Washington. It's only about a 2 mile walk if you walk the whole street back and forth, but that's plenty for me and my big pregnant belly :) We were out there at 7:30 this morning, the weather was so nice outside. I'm going to miss these mornings a lot when we move next month.
We always park the car by the beach and playground so that T can play after our walk.
We made a fort this afternoon, who knew it would keep T busy while I cleaned the whole house? haha.
After the house was all clean, I wanted to get out of there before T had a chance to pull everything out again (ha! it happens SO FAST!) so we went to the park. It turned into a beautiful day and we stayed at the park for 2 hours until we picked Sam up for work. Boy! We had a fun day!! (and I'm tired!)

Sometimes when we don't really have anything to do and it's raining outside, we go to the mall and ride up and down the escalators.
T loves it so much. When we've gone up & down, he'll say "again, again, again..." I think he could ride the escalator all day and never get sick of it. Today we must've gone up and down for at least 30 minutes straight. haha.

T knows how to count to two. He's a little confused though, because he thinks two is anything but one. If there's ever more then one of something it's always 2, even if there's 5 or 50 or whatever, he gets excited and says, "two!" haha. It's pretty cute. Here he is today, counting to two.
Today we played golf. T is a total natural! Thanks to Grandma Sharon's instruction :)
We also went swimming today! Here's T warming up in his grandma's shirt after getting out of the pool. Ha!
