12.11.2012

ALthough this week it's been quite a bit cooler, last week the weather was so nice and we were outside everyday.

Kids have been playing so cute together lately. I love it. course. Both seem to have grown up a ton in the past few months.

Sam took Tucker to a hockey game. He loved it and was so excited to go out alone with Dad. (don't blame him, that's my favorite thing to do too!) Maizie & I had a super fun girls night at home.

Tucker had his preschool Christmas program last week. It was adorable and I loved every minute of it. The kids looked super cute on our way out the door. Oh man I love them.

Tucker's best buddy Lily lives 2 houses away from us and goes to the same preschool as him but she goes PM and he goes AM. They loved seeing each other at school because they play together almost everyday at home.

We're getting pretty excited for Christmas around here. I can't figure out how time is going so fast! This is the fastest time has ever gone in my life and it's kind of a trip. hahaha. Wish it would slow down a bit. Life is good!

11.29.2012

We swung by Sam's office yesterday for a few minutes and when we showed up, Sam brought the kids out some ice cream cones. T was sleeping but Sam tried to give it to him anyhow. It was hilarious. I caught the end of it in a movie.

He eventually woke up, but then Maze pretended to sleep and said, "look mom! I'm sleeping with my ice cream!!" hahaha. Oh man she is so silly. I love her like crazy.

11.27.2012

Time is flying. I can't believe it's been 2 months since I've posted! I thought I'd only missed a few weeks! hahaha. My kiddos have both turned a whole year older and celebrated Halloween and Thanksgiving since I've updated. opps. I guess it's true that time flies when you're having fun. My kids have both grown up and changed so much lately, I feel like I'm moving out of the baby phase and onto the kid phase of parenting. It's crazy. and nice.

Oct 23. Maze turned two. She's acting more like a 4 year old though. Really. It's nuts. She has an awesome personality. Man, I love this girl.

Oct 25. Tucker turned 4. He had a few friends over for a skeleton party. It was adorable, they all showed up wearing skeleton outfits.

Halloween was super fun. Both kids were really into it this year and we lasted like an hour longer trick or treating then we did last year. Tucker wanted to be the same thing as last year. haha. I love it. I loved watching Tucker in his preschool parade, Sam even left work & met us there to see him. Maze was a doggie & a dragon. She looked adorable in both her costumes.

Tucker brought home his school picture the other day. Sam & I couldn't stop laughing because he pulled a smile that we'd never seen before. hahaha. I love this guy so much.

The biggest highlight of the last few months was that my mom came in town for 2 whole weeks to play with us. We loved it and hated that she had to leave.

Sept.17-23. 2012

We just got home (well like a week ago now I'm clearly having a hard time keeping up with the blog) from a trip to Chicago. Sam had to go for business so we tagged along and while he was in the city, we stayed with our good friends the Booths in the suburbs. It was SO FUN! We love spending time with the Booths. My kids woke up insanely early every morning so we'd sneak out and go watch the trains at like 5:30 and get hot chocolate and wait for our friends to wake up...ha ha! Friday we said goodbye to the Booths and drove to the city to meet up with Sam where we spent the rest of the weekend playing in Chicago. We went to Navy Pier, the science+industry museum, we stayed on Michigan Ave right by the bean so we went to the bean like 4 times. haha. The kids loved it, we all had a great time.
These pictures are all WAY out of order.

I'm starting to think we should tag along on all his business trips!
