2.2.2011

This morning school was canceled for Sam, we left sis home with him and met up with a bunch of friends outside to go sledding! Everyone was having a blast sledding down the hill, but T is such a careful kid that he didn't really have any desire to sled down. He just stayed at the top of the hill and watched his friends go down, holding on to his blankie :) ha.


Our creative friend Katie made Ice Cream for the kids using snow, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract! Yummmm! Thanks Katie!


When we got cold (like 20 min after we got there!) and everyone started to head inside, I picked up T, got on the sled, and we went down the hill together. I knew he would like it, if he just did it. So, when we got to the bottom he said, "that was kinda fun!!" I said, "I told you it would be! Do you want to do it again??" He thought for a minute and said, ".....no." ha.

    Oh how fun! that ice-cream sounds yummy, i might have to try it. :) oh it was so nice having Tahri home in the morning!

    He is so cute Julie!
    I love that he even has his blankie outside in the snow. Owen is really careful like that too.
