1.10.2011

My grandma's friend from Mexico is an amazing cook, and she taught us how to make homemade Tamales from scratch today! We made Chicken, Beef, Carrot & Potato and for desert made Pumpkin Tamales. Oh my heck they are all so good! We were seriously in the kitchen all day making them though, I hope I can make them taste as good as these ones tasted!

    I love tamales! But, never learned how to make them when I should have. You gotta teach me how.
