We're recycling, teva wearing, bring our own bags to the grocery store kind of people are proud of it. I've always been a bit of a hippie I think--but living in Ithaca really sealed the deal.

Fresh flowers on the kitchen table are making me happy today.

It seems like we have a picnic at some point during the day everyday, either at the park or at our house. Today we took a bag of popcorn to the park and had a "popcorn picnic." T thought it was hysterical that we were having a "Popcorn Picnic Party at the park" and went onto say other P words. Soon we were having a Popcorn Picnic Party at the park with Puppies and before I knew it we were having a "Popcorn Picnic Party at the park with Puppies who go Pee Pee and Poo Poo" ha. Geeeez, T was dying laughing. I love how innocent 3 yr olds are and that they find so much humor in those words. Why can't they stay little forever?

We've been spending a lot of time at our favorite park since the weather has started to warm up a little bit. I think being a mom is a lot easier when the weather is nice--and I think the house stays a lot cleaner too.
Oh how I love spending our days outside.

We went swimming in the gym pool today. T loved swimming--but I think showering in the handicapped shower was the highlight of the day :)

Sam & T spent the weekend making this gorgeous table for our new grill. (might be the only time in history when you'll hear gorgeous & grill in the same sentence...ha!) but I think it's gorgeous. Sam just continues to amaze me. I'm so proud of my handy guys!

This afternoon when T noticed some bigger kids riding bikes without training wheels and he asked me to take the training wheels off his bike. haha. So when Sam got home from work, we took them off and T was all smiles as Sam taught him how to ride! He did awesome. He fell a few times--but got right back up. We were so proud.

We have a routine every Tues/Thurs while T is at preschool. Maizie & I drop him off & head to the gym. Afterwards, we run home where I take a shower & get ready for the day and we go grab T from school. Today we headed to the gym and afterwards, since the weather was so perfect outside (a little overcast but warm), we decided to bag the shower and we headed to the park. I'm so glad we did. We had such a fun morning.

I sure love my little girl.

T went to the dentist for the first time today!

I'm so proud, he came out with no cavities. We went out for ice cream to celebrate :) ha

After many years of wanting a Green Egg...Sam finally got one.

for those not familiar, it's a smoker/BBQ grill. One of our friends had one in Ithaca and man it makes the best food. okay, okay it's not just for him. I'm pretty excited about his new toy too :)
