After we got home from the grocery store today, I turned on T's favorite show for him to watch as I was in the kitchen putting our groceries away. When I peeked in the living room to check on him, he was doing this...


He had climbed into the laundry basket and was playing with all the clean clothes (that Sam took to the laundromat early this morning). He was having so much fun. What a funny kid :) I sure love my little guy.

Today it was soooooooo cold outside.

We were bummed because we were planning on going to the park today but we didn't brave the cold temps. I have a feeling our days hanging out at the park are nearly over until Spring. So sad. (since it's too cold to go outside anyway, I wish it would hurry up and snow already. I do love snow!)

We went over to our good friends house for Thanksgiving Dinner. Everything was perfect down to the table decorations. We ate great food and chatted with great company. Thank you so much to our friends who had us over. We have so many things to be thankful for.

We're dog sitting this week. It's so fun to have a dog in in the house again. We miss our dogs SO MUCH!

T got his first haircut today! (I don't know why we waited so long. It was past due!)


He really looks so handsome. Thanks to my good friend who cut his hair! I love it.

What would we do without this blanket??


T is in love with it. He sleeps with it, he sucks it, he bites it and it comes everywhere with us. He has a big one that stays in his crib and a small one that comes everywhere else with us. You'll find him holding it with at least one of his hands throughout most of the day.

It's really cute how in love he is with this blanket, and it'll break your heart to see his face if another kid takes it out of his hands. It's devastating to him. I hope we never lose this blanket. If we do, I'll be on the internet finding a replacement ASAP because T would be lost without it.

We are missing our dogs so much. We met someone that has a viszla and they let us take her on a walk today. (She is exactly like Winston.

T's first word (after dada and mama) is dog. It's pretty cute, he's gets so excited about it. He'll say "dog" when we see a dog outside, when there's a dog on TV or when we read about one in a book. He also thinks that cats and horses are called dogs too :)


Today as we were reading this book he kept saying "dog" when we'd get to this page. I love my little dog lover.

We had a rough night. T was up almost every hour and I think I slept a total of about 4 hours. I woke up tired and not feeling well. I thought "how am I going to get through this day?" But then I saw this guy...


...and I knew it'd be easy because I get to spend the day with him and he makes me so incredibly happy :)

We spent the entire day together curled up on the couch. Well, all but the hour that we were at the Doctor.

...turns out my poor little guy has an ear infection, and a fever of 102. Today has been so sad. It's breaking my heart.
